Making HSE information visible
Publish HSE information to all the business to increase awareness
Challenge
Weekly HSE reports were made in Powerpoint and circulated by email. Much of the information was not digital and included 1-page summaries, news items and images.
Solution
Using the ScreenPresenter module in our Ingenuity Platform we enabled the author to publish the PowerPoint to an online slideshow. The slideshow can also incorporate content from other systems into one seamless loop and can be updated in under a minute.
Impact
Inbox clutter has been reduced and made it simple to display the latest HSE information on the TV screens in communal areas. The information can be updated more frequently and there is now much greater awareness across the whole company of HSE, including for visitors.
