Getting high quality, reliable and timely information to staff in distributed work locations is becoming ever more important. In many ways the challenge to cut through has become more acute as employees are bombarded with multiple types of information on multiple devices.
And yet, without this communication staff can quickly feel disconnected and unsupported, and more likely to rely on less reliable communication.
For one client, keeping staff updated was a challenge – often manual in nature, uploading PowerPoint slides, device by device, particularly offshore. And keeping information up to date, especially dynamic data like production or safety data, was only really possible by email.

Eigen’s Screen Presenter provided an elegant solution for the client enabling them to display a mix of static and dynamic, even real-time, content – PowerPoints, websites, data - across multiple display units within offshore and onshore work environments.
Data on production, safety, people on board, helicopter schedules is provided alongside campaigns, incident analysis and learnings as well as people stories that promote community and culture.
The tool gives the client full control of all content, updating once with a ripple effect across every device, accessed by a single website address.
