Virtual timeseries behave exactly like ‘normal’ (i.e. real or raw) signals stored as tags in a data historian but they are evaluated only when they are called. They can be used in exactly the same way as normal tags in the Eigen Ingenuity User Interface (UI).

The Digital Twin capability in Eigen Ingenuity is powered by the Data Model (also called Asset Model); a contextualised digital map of your information showing where it is and how it is related. In some cases it may also contain the information itself.

Users can create custom alerts against any timeseries datasource in Eigen Ingenuity and receive email or push notifications (to their mobile app) whenever the status changes
