Putting our Customers First: We have renewed our ISO 9001 certification!
An effective quality management system ensures that a business delivers to a consistently high standard, together with a plan to continually measure and improve every aspect of the business operations, (process and procedures) within the appropriate regulatory framework.
Why is it important?
Together with the relevant documentation, ISO 9001 defines our commitment to creating products and services in accordance with pre-defined standards.
Once certified, we are monitored on a regular basis, by external auditors to ensure that we are continually meeting the standards set by our ISO 9001 certification.
In October, 2020 we were visited by an external auditor, Mr. Graeme Silk for our re-certification and we were happy to pass with flying colours! — See Mr. Silk’s compliments to our ISO9001 implementation on the right.

What does an ISO 9001 certification mean for our customers?
