Eigen appreciates the efforts of security researchers who responsibly disclose vulnerabilities. 

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in our systems, please report it to: 

security@eigen.co 

Please include: 

• Description of the issue 
• Steps to reproduce 
• Proof of concept (if available) 
• Affected URLs or systems 
• Assessment of potential impact 

We commit to: 

• Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days 
• Provide status updates as appropriate 
• Publicly credit researchers (with permission) 

We ask that you: 

• Avoid accessing data you do not own 
• Do not disrupt services 
• Provide us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure
